Terms for the work.

You may use Atlas only if you are authorized by the service operator or invited to an Atlas list. You are responsible for your account, your connected services, and activity performed through credentials or clients you authorize.

You retain ownership of the content you place in Atlas. You grant Atlas the limited rights needed to store, process, synchronize, display, and share that content according to your instructions and list permissions.

Only add content you have the right to use and share.

List owners control invitations and roles. Invited members may view or modify shared content according to their assigned access. Removing access does not require another member to forget information they already saw.

When you connect Google Calendar or an MCP client, you direct Atlas to exchange the data needed for that integration. Third-party terms also apply to those services. You can disconnect an integration, but changes already synchronized may remain in either system.

Do not use Atlas to break the law, violate another person's rights, distribute malicious code, probe or bypass access controls, overload the service, or access lists and data you are not authorized to use.

Atlas may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves. We will make reasonable efforts to avoid unnecessary disruption, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

Access may be restricted or terminated to protect the service, comply with law, respond to misuse, or enforce these terms. You may stop using Atlas at any time and may request deletion of your account data.

Atlas is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Atlas is a productivity tool, not a system for emergency response, medical care, legal deadlines, financial execution, or other uses where a missed task or event could cause serious harm.

To the extent permitted by law, the Atlas operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity resulting from use of the service.
